Privacy Policy

Who we are. Certe Technical LLC is a California limited liability company ("Certe Technical," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through certetechnical.com and how we use it.

Information we collect on this site. When you submit our consultation request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company details, and your written responses. When you subscribe to a Content Driver™ plan, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We do not operate advertising trackers on this site (see Cookies and your choices below).

Member accounts. When you create an account in the Content Driver™ member app at app.certetechnical.com, we collect your email address and a password, or the name and email address your Google account shares with us if you choose Continue with Google. We store what you create there — campaigns, posts, and plans — along with any results you enter about your own posts, and your plan and billing status. If you connect a social account, we store that connection and the account's username. We store the performance figures you enter or import for your posts, and any that a connected account provides when you authorise it. When you use a guided builder to generate ideas, the answers you type are sent to our AI provider solely to produce those ideas.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to inquiries, evaluate consulting fit, prepare for discovery calls, provide subscription services, process payments, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the business: our payment processor, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, our hosting and database providers, our AI provider, and the publishing service that connects to the social accounts you choose to link. Each may use your information only to provide its service to us.

Cookies and your choices. We take an opt-in approach: optional cookies are switched off until you turn them on. We group them in three categories. Strictly necessary covers secure page delivery and form submission, and cannot be disabled. Analytics would tell us, in aggregate, which pages are useful. Marketing would let us measure our own promotions and trainings. Change your selection at any time using the Privacy choices link in the footer of every page; we store that preference on your own device, not on our servers. As of the effective date above, this site runs no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind. Pages that process payments are hosted by Stripe, which sets cookies necessary to complete a transaction securely. We use no third-party advertising networks, and we never sell or share your personal information.

Providers that see your requests. Three service providers receive a request when you use this site: Vercel hosts and serves every page, Google Fonts serves our typefaces, and Formspree delivers your form submissions to our inbox. Each necessarily receives your IP address to respond, and our host keeps ordinary server logs for security. None is used by us for advertising or profiling.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not track you across other websites, and no third party collects personal information about your activity on this site over time or across other sites. Because there is no tracking to switch off, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser changes nothing — we already treat every visitor as if it were on.

California privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information — including closing a member account — by emailing us at info@certetechnical.com, or support@certetechnical.com for account matters. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for asking.

Data retention. We keep consultation request and client information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Member account content is kept while your account is open and removed when you ask us to close it, except for billing records we must retain by law.

Children. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and we will email members before any change that materially affects how their account information is used.
