Who we are. Certe Technical LLC is a California limited liability company ("Certe Technical," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through certetechnical.com and how we use it.
Information we collect. When you submit our consultation request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company details, and your written responses. When you subscribe to a Content Driver™ plan, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We do not operate advertising trackers on this site (see Cookies and your choices below).
How we use it. We use your information to respond to inquiries, evaluate consulting fit, prepare for discovery calls, provide subscription services, process payments, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the business (such as our payment processor, scheduling tool, and website host).
Cookies and your choices. We take an opt-in approach: optional cookies are switched off until you turn them on. We group them in three categories. Strictly necessary covers secure page delivery and form submission, and cannot be disabled. Analytics would tell us, in aggregate, which pages are useful. Marketing would let us measure our own promotions and trainings. Change your selection at any time using the Privacy choices link in the footer of every page; we store that preference on your own device, not on our servers. As of the effective date above, this site runs no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind. Pages that process payments are hosted by Stripe, which sets cookies necessary to complete a transaction securely. We use no third-party advertising networks, and we never sell or share your personal information.
Fonts and form delivery. Two service providers receive a request when you use this site: Google Fonts serves our typefaces, and Formspree delivers your form submissions to our inbox. Each necessarily receives your IP address to respond. Neither is used by us for advertising or profiling.
California privacy rights. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by emailing us at info@certetechnical.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Data retention. We keep consultation request and client information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Children. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
