Agreement. By using certetechnical.com or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Services. Certe Technical provides technology consulting services (scoped and priced by individual proposal and separate engagement agreement) and Content Driver™ subscription services (Galaxy and Cosmic plans, billed monthly per platform).
Consulting engagements. Consulting work is governed by a written proposal and engagement agreement signed by both parties. Submitting a consultation request or attending a discovery call creates no obligation for either party.
Subscriptions. Content Driver™ plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are per platform per month. Founding-member pricing is a limited-time rate; we will provide notice before any price change to an active subscription. You may cancel at any time (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the services, share member login credentials, resell access, or use Content Driver™ content systems in violation of any platform's terms or applicable law. You are responsible for the content you publish using materials or campaigns created through the service.
Intellectual property. The Content Driver™ system, templates, frameworks, and site content are the property of Certe Technical LLC. Subscribers receive a license to use campaign outputs for their own business's marketing. The Certe Technical name and Content Driver™ mark may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers. Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or social media performance. Forecasting features are estimates, not promises.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certe Technical LLC's total liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
